We care about each of our members and have the advantage of being a small family owned business.  We strive to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one!  We are all always scouring the internet to find the best deals and products for our members.  When you have a suggestion for products for us to carry, please get with us.  I consider each and every request to find products that all of our members will enjoy.

We hope you enjoy the Bath Divas group as much as we do.  We are makers also and love a good deal on our supplies. Passing those good deals on to you, is the next best thing to making soap for me.  Yes, goat milk soap making is my first love and a total addiction I hope I never get over.  Please send me a message when need our attention.  

Privacy & Safety

We respect your privacy and know that we enjoy our privacy. We do not sell, use you to promote or otherwise do anything that we would not enjoy ourselves.  You are important to us and we will always guard your safety and privacy with our actions.

Returns 

Since we are a CoOp that sells products that we order in for you, returns are not accepted.  Please get with us if you have an issue with one of our products.  Because we sell supplies, these items cannot be resold so refunds are a loss to all of us in the CoOp.  That is why we do not handle any returns.  By submitting your order, you agree to these terms.

Shipping Policy

We ship out packages Monday through Friday.  All in stock items ship out next day.  If you order on a prebuy the listing states the shipment times.  Prebuys need to be ordered on a separate order as they take longer to arrive.  We do carry an extensive inventory that is immediately available.  Demand sometimes makes an item take a week to ship out due to restocks.  We keep the listings updated to give you the best time frames on shipments as possible. Please read the description when ordering.  If you need an emergency order, please get with us. We will pull an order ahead to keep you creating your goodies.

We ship using USPS Priority mail or UPS ground, whichever is cheaper.  You order should arrive to you in 3 to 5 days.  

 

Thank you for purchasing from us.  Our CoOp has grown so but we still enjoy every order we are allowed to fill, big or small. Each of you is important to use so let us know if we can help you out in any way.

International Orders

We do ship orders internationally for our members.  Duties, import fees, broker fees etcetera are the responsibility of the member.  We provide all forms to customs at the time of shipment.  These import fees, broker fees and other duties are collected by your country and we do not collect them ahead of time.  If we receive your order back because you refused to pay the fees involved in getting the package to you, we will not reimburse for shipping and will charge you a 20% restocking fee.  We shipped your goods in good faith and assume you know the duties and fees charged by your country.  We refuse all packages returned to us if you do not contact us to let us know the package is coming back. Once package is received back to us, we will asses the 20% restocking fee and subtract the shipping fees to send you the package and any other fees charged by the carrier.  The net difference less that 20% and shipping fees will be refunded by us if the package is in good shape and unopened.  By submitting your order, you agree to these terms.
